Overview

Guesthouse is in a big fishermen village next to the office of Zabaikalsky national park. Close to the guesthouse is the center of study of fresh water seals.

The place is one of the most beautifull places on the lake Baikal. Sunny beaches, rocks, golfs, bays, hot springs, mushrooms, barries, birds, it's real taiga on the shore of lake Baikal!

Siberian house heated by russian oven is open for visitors all year round. Very beautiful tours and excursion in National nature parc and reserve could be orginised on the lake Baikal, the deepest in the world.

Many oportunities for hiking, rafting, sailing, swiming there. Observation point for migration birds. Hot springs, fishing. Fresh water seals watching.

Location & Transportation

Across the river Bargizin the national Zabaikalsky park is located. Very pictureque area with snow picks of St Nose peninsular, Baikal lake, Taiga. In the village there are many 200 years old wooden houses. Banya on the site.

  DirectionsWhen you arrive to Ulan Ude, take the public bus (marshrutka) from bus station to Barguzin. It departs daily from 6 30 am. In summer about 3-4 buses departs for Ust Barguzin. The ride takes about 5 hours (265 km), but you'll never regrett. We could provide you bus tickets on the request.
