	The Empire Park hotel is located in the quiet place of the historical centre of Saint-Petersburg. It is about 3 minutes walk from the Ploschad Lenina Metro station (Finlyandsky vokzal = Finnish Railway station) and in about 5 minutes walk from the famous cruiser "Aurora" and Liteyny bridge.
	The rooming list consists of 36 Rooms. Also there is a café for 50 guests. 5 out of the Rooms are attic (Mansard-type). The hotel has the conference-Room for 40 people and the cozy garden with the parking.
	All the rooms have modern furniture, a bath-room, a telephone with the possibility to reach different cities of Russia and abroad, a TV-set, hair-drier and terry dressing gowns. The Empire Park hotel has round-clock security and CCTV.

The late cancellation of the booking is the one made later than: - 120 hours before arrival in the period from 01/05/07 till 30/09/07; - 48 hours before arrival in the period from 01/03/07 till 30/04/07and from 01/10/07 till 31/10/07; - 24 hours before arrival in the period from 01/11/07 till 28/02/07. 3.4.2. For groups (a group is any quantity of guests who occupies more than 5 rooms at the same time in the hotel in any period): - 10 days before arrival (in case of late cancellation the penalty will make 50% of the rate of 1 nights stay at the hotel.) - 5 days before arrival (in case of late cancellation the penalty will make 100% of the rate of 1 nights stay at the hotel.)
